I have been petitioned for my sister(I-130)on March 2011. She had 2 kids that i mentioned to the application. But last year she gave a baby birth, so technically the baby is not on the file. My question is how do i contact with USCIS. Do i need any form to filled up or any fee? If you have any particular idea regarding this issue plz reply me. Is it too late to let USCIS know about this issue?

You don't need to do any thing...

When you file I130, she has 2 kids... Now, she has 3...

After the approval, when visa is available (10 years in future), at the time of NVC processing, She will mention that she ha 3 kids...

I believe you are set, not to worry.

It's not too late. She can add the child at any time before she gets a visa.

Write a letter to the US agency with the case. Include the case number, petitioner information, beneficiary information, and a request to add the child as a derivative beneficiary. Include a photocopy of the child's birth certificate and a certified English translation.
