You don't have a timeline filled in - was this for a CR1/IR1 visa? Or what kind of visa is it? A family member? When your petitioner filed the paperwork, did they say your family will be entering with you or "follow to join"?

Did each member of your family get their own packet?

It is ok to plan to move in 2 or 3 months... I would imagine that it's printed on the visa but I think you have up to 6 months to enter the US on the visa.

Someone else will have to tell you whether you all have to enter at once, but I would imagine if you stated in your applications that you would all enter together, then that's what you'll have to do. But I don't know about that, though. It may be that you'll have to do a quick "vacation-type" trip, do the POE dance, and then the family goes back to Canada (for less than 6mo) while you get settled and send for them.

All I know is that the petitioner/sponsor has to be in the US before you, the immigrant, enter.

Congratulations, and enjoy the ride!

Is your timeline updated?

F4 category under married brother and sister.

Did each member of your family get their own packet?

yes

NO up to 6 months just 6 months

Im Canadian citizen

as long as im the main beneficiary, i can enter the USA ahead of everyone else. Everyone needs to enter the USA before their visa expiration dates. i think so

Congratulations, and enjoy the ride!

THANKS
