Any NVC case number for NOA2 on February (California Service Center)?

Dec.12 NOA1, case routed to CSC

Jan.31 NOA2, 50 Days after NOA1

Feb.11 Case left NVC

Feb.18 Consulate receive - Status READY!!

Apr.01 Interview! Approved!

Mine has 9 numbers(or probably 7 numbers since there is double numbers and my fiance mishear?)

He said he will gonna call again when he back home.by the way,i believe we will get hard copy and there will be our case number attached.do u get it too?if yes,for how long after they said they sent to embassy?thank u smile.png

I was told the number February 10th when I called NVC; they also told me that they had introduced my case in their system Friday 7th. I asked them how long it would be there for and they told me that it's usually only there for one or two weeks before it is sent to the embassy unless there is need for more administrative processing.

My status changed on the CEAC webpage on Thursday the 13th to "in transit" When I called the NVC again to verify they said that they had sent it the day before (the 11th) to my embassy. My case went through NVC really fast but I'm not sure whether that's the norm or not...

My fiance got the hard copy of this information yesterday, actually (the 18th) It is dated "February 12". It says that it's a confirmation letter and also that our case file has been sent to Madrid. It also says the NVC case number (same one they told me over the phone) and the USCIS case number (the receipt number from NOA1) Also our full names (my fiance's and mine) and the address of the Madrid embassy.

It also says "In the meantime, please have your fiancé(e) and his or her children visit ceac.state.gov and complete form DS-160 to apply for a K visa" This is obviously a generic sentence since I do not have children.

I did sign up in my consulate's page but I do not have access to that form yet. My embassy sends you a letter by regular mail and I cannot move forward until I have it... Unfortunately, my embassy does not have a phone number to call for info or updates. There's an e-mail address but they haven't responded yet (I wrote to them two days ago so it make take them a while) So for now I'm waiting for the letter! And trying to be patient! :-P

I-129F Sent: Dec 20th 2013

I-129F NOA1: Jan 3rd 2014 (notification received by e-mail and text message; hard copy received on Jan 10th)
I-129F NOA2: Jan 27th 2014 (notification through USCIS mailing list; hard copy received on Feb 3rd)
NVC Received: Feb 07th 2014 (verified through phone call; no notification received)
NVC Left: Feb 11th 2014 (CEAC status changed to "in transit"; called NVC to verify)
Processed at Consulate: Feb 20th 2014 (I sent the embassy an e-mail on Feb 18th and they replied Feb 21st saying that they had received my case the day before)
Package 3 received: Feb 21st 2014 (sent by embassy through e-mail attachment; it was a Word document; they usually send it through regular mail)
Package 3 sent: Feb 24th 2014 (received at the consulate Feb 25th; I know this because I sent a certified letter with online tracking)
Interview date: April 30th 2014 (notification received by e-mail on March 21st; hard copy received on March 26th)

Yes it is.my fiance need to call many times not in just 1 day and he only able to reach them twice

I got a notification mine was mailed the 13th, my fiance called now and they still haven't got the case in their system. I am frustrated. So slow :((

No worries dear.it should be at least about 2 weeks and so.just keep pray and hope ;)

Got our case number today! They told my fiance it was already forwarded to embassy. I checked ceac and it said at nvc

Yeeiy!no worries..you can wait for 1-2 days then the status might change ;)

we called nvc again today to verify because the guy said it was sent to the embassy yesterday but now they said we are under administrative processing! I get different answers everyday!!

Better you check on ceac website with your case number.lot more relief :)

Would it say there If you are under aadministrative processing? It still says at nvc

It means you have to wait for them prepare your case to sent to Philipine

My fiance called again and the guy who answered said that we are not under AP. What's up with the inconsistent answers from nvc!!

Ok..here is the idea.the reason why i only check on website because they might update the website after the real stage happen.it's less stress than calling them and you keep getting different answer(+ you wait for many times to just get the co talk to you).i also sent them email so they will have my email;they also replied my email.good luck and hopefully this is help
