Russian Fable about current events

Two poor peasants live on adjacent property in rural Russia. One has a goat, the other does not.

One day, an angel of mercy comes to the peasant who has no goat and tells him the good news that he can have ONE wish for anything in the world.

The peasant thinks for a moment and says "Kill my neighbor's goat"

Old fable but yeah...I am trying to figure out the exact advantage the farmer with the goat gained from having a goat. I could only think of milk and lawn mowing

The example is class envy but as we see most people didn't get it.

OK, so two residents of a ghetto housing development owned by the Gov't. and maintained by Democrats to keep people out of productive society so THEIR kids get a better education and have better job opportunities...one resident has a plasma TV, the other doesn't. The angel of mercy comes and axe what the resident without a plasma TV wants and he says....X BOX 360!!!!!!!!!!
