Pushing 30 days and RFE letter still hasn't arrived

So for preparation's sake, I have a question:

We were issued an RFE on our I-601 in the middle of January. After 20 days of waiting and it still not arriving (he called several times to have it reissued, but they kept telling him to wait), I called USCIS with my husband on the line and had them reissue the letter to me, which subsequently still hasn't arrived. We were informed that the clock doesn't reset with the reissue of the letter, so the days keep ticking away on what we think is an 87 day response time.

If it goes on much longer, I'm thinking of scheduling an InfoPass appointment, but I have no idea which options to select on the infopass site. Anyone have any advice on how to proceed?
