I would throw in copies of birth certificates for the i-765 and I-131. Not that it's required but with USCIS, you never know. Looks like some agents have their personal requirements asides the general USCIS requirements when reviewing cases lol. Don't also forget it include proof of your joint sponsors proof of current individual income, in the form of an employment letter, pay stubs etc. they issue a lot of RFEs on that. But generally, you're good to go. All the best!

No need at all for additional copies of birth certificate with the I-765 and I-131.

Your joint sponsor will need proof of current income such as letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs, unless they are self-employed.

I think two things stand out to me, and one suggestion:

1) Certified translation of your birth certificate (you can do this yourself, take a look at USCIS website for certified translation requirement)

2) You may want to prevent having issues with your medical form by having a civil surgeon transfer your DS 3025 onto part II of the I693 and sign it and have you send it back in sealed envelope with your AOS package. We were going to use the copy of DS3025, but went to civil surgeon and he said we needed to do add'l test for varicella as our DS 3025 box was not checked that everything was complete. All this cost us $70 so may be worth it to prevent RFE.

3) I would provide the last 3 years tax return (I guess you don't have to, but we did)
