Help re: DS-160

Is anyone having issues with the online DS-160 form? I cannot start the application, have tried Explorer, Chrome and Firefox, uploaded a photo that met the requirements etc and keep getting the same message:

Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160)

Application Error

An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required. To retrieve your DS-160 application, please enter your Application ID.

Any ideas here? Thanks for any help

Nevermind, the settings on my work computer were not letting me access the form.

Was freaking out for a minute as our interview is soon, we need to fill this out and pay at Popular.

I'm trying to fill out the ds-160, and when I get to the last bit, it comes up with the error message " error there is a missing or invalid parameter in your request".

I tried to do the firm again, and tried on two different browsers, but nothing worked.

Has anyone experienced this if so what did you do?

Ok, still having issues here completing the ds-160 online.

It will not accept my photo upload. I scanned a 2x2 photo meets all the requirements, right sizing, etc. I've tried everything, different pictures, whatever.

I cannot get to the final step to sign and recieve confirmation page. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?? Please help don't know what to do here.

I have the same problem. I have tried for two days and the situation is still the same.

I finished the form first, then tried to upload my picture. After uploading the picture, it says [An unexpected error has occurred while processing your previous request. The error has been reported to the site administrator; no further action is required.]

Since the tool to check your case status is offline this weekend for site maintenance, it's' possible that submitting the DS-160 form is affected as well.

Same here, I saved the application and had to get another photo taken, finished that today, now trying to complete the application but once I upload the photo I get the message that the photo meets the criteria and when I click 'continue using this photo' I get that error message. My interview is tomorrow, what should I do??

I've tried Mozilla, Opera, IE and Chrome and all of them are up to date. Nothing seems to be working.

I wondered! I had an error message pop up when I tried to check the status of our case.

I've tried all of the internet browsers, it's accepting the picture but it's not letting me get to the complete and sign section, has anyone experienced this problem.
