My Fiance's X mother in law took ill and it doesn't look good she was looking after the kids. Looks like the father will not come home and stay with the kids until we can get money together to bring them to the states. We said in I-129f that they weren't following. I-130 looks like it takes a long time and we have to wait for my fiance to get GC. Can someone help us with options. My fiance's Mom will not take care of kids until we can get things straightened out money wise. She has already raised one of the kids and has a the youngest child in her care. My fiance and are very stressed to say the least. She cannot leave her kids with no one to take care of them. I can't afford to start this over and do another trip to phils. Our 2 years will pass at the beginning of this April 2014.Things are not looking good.

They were on the i-129f but not on my I-134. Not sure what she put on her DS-160. They are listed on the letter the USEM in Manila as traveling applicants.

You put in new DS forms and the like. They have up to a year to do it after K-1 is issued.

The two year requirement (of meeting in person) was for the petition, not an issue now. Your fiance has up to a year from the approval of the petition (date on the NOA2) to complete her visa process, so if you need to slow down and take a break to regroup you do have some time. Then after that the K2 has another year to receive their visas from the date your fiancee is issued her visa.

Issue is having someone take care of the children during this time period.

So what you are needing is someone to care for the children for slightly less that a year. Mom won't and no aunties stepping up... that sucks.

(K2 have to be issued their visas one year from the date your fiancee is issued her visa)

Do you have the money to bring them over now, with her?

If so I'd suggest cancelling the interview for next week, and get an interview for all of them together (you MAY even be able to add them to the current interview). Then bring everyone to the US at the same time and be done with it. Sounds like the only other option is boarding school in the {Philippines, but that is not cheap either....
