You need to have a designated civil surgeon perform your medical exam and fill out an I-693 for you.

Absolutley you dont need to get both tests done from the civil surgeon, just get them from anywhere , i got them done from the local offices and took them to the civil surgeon and he accepted it, cause he was chargign me for those tests, but i got them from somewhere else and took them to civil surgeon and he submitted it for me, not a problem sir

You only need the chest x-ray if your TB skin test shows you had a positive reaction beyond 5mm on your skin and they need to further examine.

Thanks Zakaahmad. I got my tb skin test and chest xray done at walk in clinic four weeks ago and syphilis test done at health department last week. And when I called ph to some civil surgeons , some said I have to get these tests done again at their places and others say you can bring your paperwork. So I wanted to make sure USCIS will accept these tests done by other places or not. Did USCIS approve your medical paperwork ?

Thanks again

i think so , i am sure, because i havent got anyting for any further evidence , so far, and my case is still under process, so i am hopeful that it would work, and just do it, and nothing will happen i am sure

My skin test shows beyond 5mm which is why I get my chest Xray done. My chest X ray is clear though.
