Hi to all especially from RP, I am going home to RP soon my AP arrive, and since my passport will expired on October 2014 I would like to grab the opportunity that I am there to renew my Passport. Since I am married I would like to Renew with Married name, what do I need to bring list of requirements? I read about nso certified copy of Marriage Certificate. How many days is the fastest Renewal of new Passport? Thank you all.

Did you check with the Embassy of the Philippines or your regional Philippine consulate? They should be able to tell you better than anyone else.

Also, you're on the forum regarding US naturalization matters -- you should ask your question on another forum: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/90-asia-east-and-pacific/

Most likely a moderator will move this thread to the appropriate forum anyway.

You will have to do a report of marriage through the consulate (here) that represents the state you got married in BEFORE you can renew your passport in your married name. This can be done by mail. You can not report the marriage directly while in the Philippines because you were married in the USA, NSO will not do it.

You only have a couple months before you reach that six month mark for validity of your passport.
