I-130 transfered to NSC on 11/7/2013

I-129F transfered to NSC on 12/6/2013

I-130 Alien Registration Number was changed on 04/15/2014

I-129F Alien Registration Number was changed on 04/15/2014

I-130 NOA2 APPROVED 05/08/2014

I-129F NOA2 APPROVED 05/08/2014, 6/02/2014 Closed by NVC

I-130 NVC received 06/02/2014 , Case # Assigned 06/20/2014

I-130 DS -261 Completed online 7/7/2014

1-130 AOS Bill invoiced and paid 7/7/2014

1-130 Applied for Electronic Processing 7/7/2014...waiting again :clock:

9/24/2014 AOS scanned
10/17/2014 IV scanned

Have you put in a service request at all?

I-130 STAGE

16th May 2013- I-130 PD Date
30th Dec 2013- Transferred to TSC
13th Mar 2014- I-130 Approved
20th Mar 2014- Cased shipped to NVC.

NVC STAGE
--------------------------------
28th Mar 14 Case received at NVC
28th Apr 14 Case # & IIN assigned
13th May 14 AOS package scanned into the system
14th May 14 DS260 available/completed.
20th May 14 IV package scanned into the system

12th June 14 AOS checklist- NVC error-

13th June 14 Supervisor review, said she would remove it when spoke to her. (Up to 30 business days).

28th July 14 CASE COMPLETE!!!!

19th August 2014- Medical

5th September 2014- Interview @ London

05th Sep 2014-Interview

05th Sep 2014- APPROVED! Visa Status Issued same day!

10th Sep 2014- Visa in hand

18th September 2014- POE ORLANDO FL! DISNEY!! :dancing:

We did twice and still waiting that is really sucks" the last message after service request "

The status of this service request is:

Have you gotten in contact with your senators at all? I would try calling the number as well, connect to a Tier 2 and ask them about your case.

I got this today..i never send them anything since i filed. But did a service request and e-request two weeks ago. I think its related to the e-request i did online. Hope they are working on my case now..

I make search yesterday of the Senator of my wife 's District we will Contact her and explain her our situation by the way she Woman .See what will Happen."TingTing1990 " I hope you hear good news .Thank you all of you who read my Topic and post new Information ,that really help
