myhubby went home here with me so we were not able to contact NVC. anyways bynextweek were already in US.

I'm losing hope daily. :(

How can i follow up on our petition? Its impossible to call London embassy, i just sent an email and still no reply 4 days later. Arghhh.

in my case, my hubby keep on sending email ang calling asking for the status of my visa..

Got an email from embassy this morning telling me they are ready to process our k3 visa and they have sent a letter out with instructions. Mharvian, did you have to pay the $240 fee at the embassy? Just waiting on the letter which I might receive tomorrow, it was only sent out today. Have everything ready. So excited.

YES.... where are you NOELANNE?? let us know if the letter came or not !!! You should call them and ask them to email it so you can get started. I know Costa Rica will email the packet.

i paid $240 but not in the embassy.. i paid it on a bank then showed them the receipt on my interview.. you need it before you can schedule an interview appointment.

NoelAnne - you will pay the non-immigrant visa fee the same way that a K1 would for your embassy. Maybe look into your regional forum or in the embassy discussion to find out how K1 going through Dublin do their process as yours will be almost exactly the same.

Hi guys, have had a few busy days, my brother was in hospital. But everything ok, thank God. No letter yet but I can do everything online. Have already filled in ds160, am calling medical centre on Monday to schedule appointment and can then fill in letter of readiness online . Have everything ready, police cert etc. do will hopefully have an update on Monday afternoon. Have a good weekend and happy St. Patrick's Day! I'll be celebrating with my family on Monday. <3

Oh yes, can pay the fee, $240 at the embassy.
