Hello Friends !

I have a question about -130 Stage documents:

Actually my wife send original Marriage certificate to USCS with I-130 form in April 2013.

Our case has been approved and we are at NVC stage.

So did USCIS send Marriage certificate to NVC or not ???

If not then what should i do ??

Please advice

yes, it's in the casefile received by NVC.

however, a reviewer will not review it unless and until,

a supervisor mentions it.

You should call in to NVC, ask a supervisor to open the casefile and ask the reviewer to review the original document therein.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
