Can someone please help me my fiancé will be entering the US next month with her children. When she arrives will immigration give her back her and kids birth certificate and medical records that she turn in at the embassy. (K-1) Visa

Not sure she will get those. I travelled with my children and I didnt get ours back but i would suggest that she go to the RGD and get another copy for the future.

What's RGD?

It's the Registrar General's Department where someone can apply for birth, marriage or death certificate if your fiance will be leaving soon and only have one copy or no other copy of their original birth certificates she must go as soon as possible to get them. That place often takes a while even when you pay for express service. I"m talking from experience so the sooner will be better.
