Can we send AoS documents if system still shows bill "on process"?

Hello everyone,

We paid AoS fee bill 2 days ago, it still appears "on process" but they already took the money from the bank account. Can we send AoS form and supporting documents now? or do we have to wait until it's "paid" on the system and receive the email with instructions?

Also, we tried to pay IV fee bill but it's not available to pay through the website sad.png

We don't want to have any kind of delays in our process, since the F2A is likely to retrogress in a few months.

09/06/2013: Transfer to Nebraska notice
12/11/2013: NOA2
12/12/2013: Case shipped to DoS

NVC Stage
01/07/2014: NVC received case
02/06/2014: Received case number and IIN
02/10/2014: DS-261 generated and filled
02/11/2014: AOS fee bill generated and paid
02/13/2014: AOS sent
02/26/2014: IV packet fee bill generated and paid
02/28/2014: DS-260 filled and submitted
03/03/2014: IV packet sent
03/28/2014: CC by phone
04/04/2014: Received CC email
02/05/2015: Received Interview letter

03/23/2015: Interview - VISA APPROVED! :D

04/02/2015: POE - Finally in the U.S. with my hubby (L)

September 12, 2013 - Transfer to Nebraska

September 20, 2013 - Case touched

November 14, 2013 - NOA 2

Case shipped to DOS - November 19, 2013

NVC Stage

December 11, 2013 - NVC received my case

December 30, 2013 - NVC case number issued

January 2, 2013 - NVC issued invoice number

January 13, 2013 - DS261 filled out

January 15, 2013 - AOS invoice received and paid

January 17, 2013 - AOS package sent

January 21, 2014 - Fed ex delivered package (NVC confirmed receipt on 22nd)

January 21, 2014 - IV fee invoice received and paid

January 22, 2014 - IV documents sent (payment in process but cleared from bank)

January 23, 2014 - submitted DS260 form, iv documents delivered per fedex (24th per NVC)

February 12, 2014 - received fake checklist for IV package

February 21, 2014 - Case completed (by phone)

April 2, 2014 - Called and got interview date May 13, 2014

May 13, 2014 - Counsel needed some time to to review docs

May 27, 2014 - Interview round two and visa approved

June 2, 2014 - Visa pick up date
