Time from NOA2 to NVC

We were very fortunate in that our I-130 was approved on Monday according to email. Still waiting on hard copy from USCIS. How long should it take for our petition to arrive at NVC and be acknowledged?

Ours took 9 days.

Our I-130 was appproved on feb 3, the letter says to wait 30 days for receipt at nvc. i called yesterday and they said 60 days. they said the 30 days had been extended to 60 days!!!!!!

Our I-130 and 1-129F were both approved by USCIS on Jan 9. Still no response from NVC as of today Feb 13. I did send an email to the NVC to register my email address for updates etc. That was on Jan14. 10 days later on Jan24, I got an email back from them stating they had "recently received my case" and would contact me within 30 days. They seem to keep pushing out that start of the 30 days point.

Ours took around 10 to 15 business days, as far as I can remember.

Hi..we were approved dec12, nvc received it on dec30, and we got our case number on jan8. So more or less a month

We were approved Dec.24th and reached NVC on Jan.10th. Twenty three business days after NVC received our file and still no number.Take a breath and do not believe all that you might read that your wait is over and that things are now fast and furious, they are not. Just more waiting

Thanks for your input. We are taking a deep breath and waiting, but given the lightning speed through USCIS, it raises hopes. Once we receive our MCN, would it be advisable to email for an expedite?
