HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

K1

September 15 - 2005: NOA1

October: Waiting

November: Waiting

December: In Security checks

January 2006: Waiting

February: Waiting..Contacted Congress

March 4th: APPROVED

March 17th: NVC posted file to London

March 20th: London Receives file

March 29th: Receive package 3

April 13th: London Receives package

April 19th: Medical - June 13th: INTERVIEW......APPROVED!!!!

June 20th: ARRIVE IN USA

Time taken for whole process 9 Months

AOS

October: 13th: Sent off AOS Package

November 3rd: NOA1

November 14th: Snail mail ~ NOA1 ~ Case moved to the CSC for faster processing.

November 14th : CSC has petition for me and my daughter.

December 14th: Biometrics completed.

January 17th: APPROVED AOS!

January 22nd: Green card arrives in the mail:))

Time taken for AOS - 3.5 Months

Finished for 2 years.

Hi Guys,

i could not even find a site with a live feed and BBC America did not even have the news on!! so i could see Big Ben.

So i called my parents and they turned the tv up loud LOL...

Hope you both had a fab time:)

We were thinking of England at 6pm (Central) here as well...in fact we were speaking to Craig's Uncle Trevor via Yahoo Messenger at that time. His mum told us on the phone today that probably was a good thing to help keep his mind off things...he has always lived with his parents (Craig's Nan/Granddad on his mum's side) to help them, and Craig's Granddad passed away last Jan. 5 (day of our AOS interview!) and his Nan has been in a home type of place for the last few months, as she needs to be with someone all the time and Craig's Uncle Trevor works.. :( Carole, (Craig's mum) said he'd been feeling pretty down and lonely around the holidays. We were glad we could be there for hima little bit...wish we could have heard/seen Big Ben....would be great to go there for Christmas/New Year's sometime...can just imagine what plane tickets would be that time of year, but you do what you gotta do I guess!

Hapy New Year to you too Lizzy and Every one else. I also wanted to hear/see Big Ben so I went on line to BBC radio 1 and got to hear it live. I also go to radio 4 from time to time just to hear the english accent, great for Archers fans.
