AOS and Pay

Hi All,

I am waiting for my NVC case number to send out my AOS packet. I have my current pay and position listed on all my paperwork. I was just told today that I have been given a promotion with a raise, but it won't go in effect until April 1. I plan to have the packet sent by next week. That means my employment verification will have my current pay. I had my director write a letter stating what I make now and my position title and then stated that on April 1 it will change to XXX position with XXX pay. However, my company has an outside source that actually gives me immigration job verification and pay status. So that will reflect my old rate and not the change in April. Is this ok? I am not worried about making the 125% above poverty as I make that now without the promotion.

Did you receive your case number already? If so when?

No I have not, but I expect to have it mid next week at the latest as that will be 20 business day. Then I will have my fee paid and send in my packet.
