Hey everyone. So I'm a little nervous for my interview in Montreal on Friday. Eek! Don't want to screw it up. Just wondering for all those who have been approved if I have all of my documents.

1. Passport and photocopy.

2. Medical results.

3. DS-160 confirmation.

4. Fiance letter of intents from both the USC and myself signed within 30 days.

5. Long form birth certificate and copy.

6. Police check.

7. I-134 with letter of employment from USC, Tax return from 2012 and 2013, last 5 pay stubs, cable bill and bank account print out

8. NOA2

9. DS-156x2, DS-156K

10. And a nice amount of Skype calls and emails.

I think I'm good, right?

I have my interview tomorrow as well:) I am organizing my documents again . It looks like you have everything. K'm wondering if we need the 156 forms? I do have them but not sure they will ask for them.

Question: what does USC mean? What letter are you referring too?

I thought letter of intent was for the USC to have signed within 30 days only?

Just realized your info is out of date. They released a new list of what to bring to Montreal less than a month ago -

I don't think it's technically required but I plan to bring in copies of my notice of assessments, print out of my bank accounts and some pay stubs and a letter of employment I already have from a previous visit. My fiance makes beyond the 125% of the poverty line that's required but I want to come with overwhelming evidence I won't even need her money.

I wouldnt bother with your own money. The US govt doesn't care unless you're married and it's actual joint funds. Having your own money doesn't mean to them that you won't use means tested benefits either; they want someone they can sue if you do.

The only reason that K1 use the non-legally binding I-134 is because you have a limited status window. After 90 days of entering and not marrying, you become illegal.
