AOS from VWP - PLEASE HELP!!!

Going to try and keep this short and sweet so here goes -

My now husband and I have been together for nearly 4 years, I came to America on VWP April 26th 2013 and married in July.

And NO - there was no intention of marriage or over stay at my arrival but life changes! I'm not the first or the last.

Basically, I would LOVE love love anyone who has adjusted their status from the same situation to tell me exactly what I need to send

to my local lockbox. Forms, photos, passport pictures etc. I have been on so many websites and tried my hardest to get everything

together but there are so many contradictions! I know a LOT of people have done this before me so if someone with experience or

knowledge on this subject could give me advice I would greatly appreciate it.

If you follow the link Harpa gave you and follow the guide slowly and carefully everything should be fine, double and triple check before posting. I did it last year and it went very smoothly.

I came here on WVP but i was already married and had I-130 approved. I was told to submit AOS before my 90 days visa expires so I dont know how it works when you overstayed. But if you will read insturction for I-485 it says in there that people on WVP are eligible for that form and it will tell you what to do. I know i submitted I-864,I-693,birth certificate, marrige license. But its all in that forum Harpa Timsah posted. good luck

really should of adjusted right after marriage hopefully it it was after 90 days after arrival too <<<< your marriage that is \

my friend done the same thing it cost alot in immigration lawyer and just scraped through one misplaced answer then you might have problems

i think you will be okay but please be very careful

not many take too kindly on marriage from VWP
