My husband was recently employed and will be my affidavit of support.. My concern is that he has only been there a month. Will this be a problem? Does he need to be employed for a longer period of time?

Thanks

Length of employment shouldn't matter as long as he has a letter from his employer that he is employed in a permanent position with the details along with copies of all of his pay slips to date, he will still need to provide his tax return transcripts from the most recent tax year (2012 if he hasn't filed 2013 yet) or statements explaining why he wasn't required to file.
