I'm an E3 visa holder, married to a US citizen, living in the US. We received our notice to appear for our interview to Adjust Status. We have four month old twins, and no family in this part of the country. Will they allow us to bring the babies in with us?

Thanks for your help,

CT

I don't think bringing your babies to the interview would be a problem. Maybe they would melt the CO's heart after seeing how cute they are smile.png

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

I don't see any issues as long as you can both concentrate on the interview despite the children being there.

Good luck. smile.png
