Don't worry it should change within 2-4 weeks at most. It took 3 weeks for mine to change online to Interview and Testing status. Now waiting for an actual appointment time.

Getting this done for mother-in-law who is already here in the US as a visitor, so we are filling for I-130, I-485, I-131 and I-765 all in one envelop.


2/24/2014: receive message for each of the forms submitted: Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxxxx. With the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status.


2/28/2014: Received Fingerprint appointment letter with appointment date 3/21/2014


3/3/2014: Fingerprint done. No update since.

Did my biometrics this morning, had no hassle with an early walk in, just told I had to wait until those with appointments were finished.

15-20 mins wait, 5 mins fingerprinting and photo.

Hi, I had a text & email on the 11th March at 10.30pm letting me know that my application has gone into "Testing & Interview" now the next waiting game lol.

Wow, congrats!!

I sent out my application on Feb. 3rd as well and did early walk-in biometrics on the 25th.

My case has not been updated yet. :(
