Don't worry it should change within 2-4 weeks at most. It took 3 weeks for mine to change online to Interview and Testing status. Now waiting for an actual appointment time.

In the eyes of the USCIS $5000 above the income requirement can still be considered "cutting it close" unfortunately.

Yeah, we figured as much. It sucks but I can finally get over it now that there's progress in our application. Getting there!

If anyone needs help with an interview list (I know I don't have my interview date yet haha but I've already created a list and organized everything in multiple folders and binders to the last detail so I'll have it all ready to go and because I haven't had anything else to do while waiting for my EAD :P) you can message me and I can copy and paste it for guidance or ideas on how to compile everything so it makes sense for accessibility and reference during the interview!

We received a text ALERT and email from USCIS last night. Our status for AOS changed to "Testing& Interview". So now we're waiting for them to finished scheduling our interview date, part of me wish that they won't require as for interview :P

Yesterday, I was waiting in vain for our EAD and AP to change status and NO luck. Lol I will wait again for a couple of days.

Mine today is day 70 no change for the interview, no answer for the i765 wish I expedite last week as per the web site after I call and expedite the process they take 5 days to determinate if I qualified in any of USCIS the criteria but no answer as of yet....

I believe you're in Miami right? If so, unfortunately they are a pretty busy office so you may have to wait a little longer to get an interview appointment scheduled.

In the meantime stay positive (even though I know it's frustrating) and I hope you get the I-765 expedited request approved ASAP!
