Glad to know almost everyone's case is moving along quickly. It might take a while for my case to move to "Testing and Interview" because of our RFE, but it feels so good that my EAD/AP are approved and in the works! Can't wait to get my SSN, get my driver's license and eventually a job!

Just got my notification with the tracking information for my EAD and it says expected delivery by Thursday! It says it's already in Tennessee though so I wouldn't be surprised if I got it tomorrow :D

I take it you filed I-130 and I-485? Did you file I-765 for your EAD? Most people are getting their EADs around the 60-65 day mark from the date on your NOA1 without RFEs. You had your biometrics early and it usually takes around a month from your biometrics appointment so I would suspect you should hear something next week about your EAD if you did infact apply for it.

If you're referring to your interview date it really depends on how busy your local office is. I personally haven't heard anything about the pace of the Santa Ana office.

Got my EAD on Monday went to apply for my social security today, it was so good to know that finally I am going to be in the system; can't wait to receive it sometime next week. Interview next week too what a BIG week next week is going to be, can't wait to get it over with though.

Ah gotcha. I'll probably be waiting out on the curb for the mail tomorrow because I'm so excited seeing as the USPS tracking just notified me it left the last Tennessee location which is only 2-3 hours away from me so I suspect it'll probably be here tomorrow! (fingers crossed)

In the eyes of the USCIS $5000 above the income requirement can still be considered "cutting it close" unfortunately.
