Haha it is what it is I guess. It sucks just because I'm relatively the same distance from the Memphis TN office that I am from the Atlanta GA office, if we lived maybe 10 or 15 miles north we could have gotten the Memphis TN office as our local USCIS office and our case might have moved faster.

I am actually kind of hoping we don't hear anything past June because moving and dealing with the interview at the same time and trying to change addresses etc would be worst case scenario. At least if the Atlanta wait time is 4+ months, I'd be able to move to Oregon, change my address, and have it scheduled there without having to worry about rescheduling.

It took my case 2 and a half weeks almost 3 before it switched to Testing and Interview after biometrics, don't count yourself short just yet!

Hopefully, I really want to be working!! I actually have all my Interview documents and such pretty much all put together and organized in a accordion file and binders so at least I'll be prepared for when I do get my interview date!

It's been two weeks since my biometrics and nothing. The last updated date online was the day they sent my biometrics appointment which seems to me like there is zero movement on my account…. Ugh. Time for a drink.

I can relate to your feeling of impatience It's been three weeks since I did my biometrics and still no update.

On the online case status, mine hasn't been updated since they issued the NOA's even though I've already gotten past biometrics.

Wishing us all good fortune that things speed up soon!

Well I have given up on my EAD as it's looking it won't be of much use lol, I have got my file ready as well & every now & then I go through it just to make sure I have everything, yes it will be nice to get a job & get out of the house for a bit. Edited April 9, 2014 by blk

I did my biometrics on the 7th March and my status didn't change until the 3rd April.. have faith

Well with under 2 weeks till my AOS interview on the 22nd of this month, I have a moment ago received a text & email that my EAD status has now gone to Card/Document Production. I might just get in time to hand back to the USCIS at my interview

I also got emails just before that my I-765 is now moved to "Card/Document production" status and my I-131 is to "Post Decision Activity" status.

So we have to give our EAD back at the interview? Do you know what happens if it arrives after the interview?

Hi congrats, from what I have been reading on here is that most of the people are asked for there EAD/AP card back when they are having the interview, If it comes after the interview then I guess you can keep it as a souvenir as once you are approved & have your G/C the EAD/AP won't be of any use

In "interview stage," for AOS but still has not been scheduled (it's been about 2 weeks now)

It's certainly worked a funny way lately! We were expecting EAD/AP later this month and an AOS interview in Aug at the earliest. Now it's looking like my AOS could be done with before I get the EAD/AP combo card! Not that I'm complaining, I'm just amazed at the quick progress for once haha
