Hi. I sent in my application on Jan. 30, but my receipt date is Feb 3 for the I-130, I-131 and I-765, and Feb 10 for the I-485. So I guess I'm a February filer too. Hope processing will be fast for us! Several of the January filers already got their interview dates.

I just mailed my AOS package i chose next day delivery.. Now it waiting game...!!!

We are Feb Filers too! Our mail just got there yesterday, we hope to hear from them soon.

Normally how many days we'll be able to received notifications from them that they already received it?

Wow it's awesome to see this thread is finally taking off! We have an update as well:

2/11/14: I-130 & I-485 mailed together via FedEx overnight

2/12/14: @ 7:15am, Received & signed for

2/14/14: Our documents were touched

2/21/14: Entire Package Rejected & received in the mail to me

• Rejection Reason: We signed in the wrong place on the I-485 app.
• What's next?: USCIS informed us to simply sign the application in the right place and resubmit the app along with all supporting documents to the specificed address and to include the special notification letter as well so that our application will receive special attention and continue in the process where it was left off. THANK GOD!

2/24/13: Resubmitted the entire package via USPS. 2-day delivery estimated.

If all looks well with your app packet, the check should be cashed within 7 days.

I cant believe the rejected the whole package cause of the signature, Did they send everything back or you had to gather the entire package again?!

Feb 17th 2014 Received NOA1 in post date of NOA1 Feb 5th

Feb 22nd 2014 received Biometrics Appointment

March 7th 2014 Biometrics appointment at 3pm

I cant believe the rejected the whole package cause of the signature, Did they send everything back or you had to gather the entire package again?!

That's right, they sent the ENTIRE application packet back to us. It felt good to see they had begun processing our petitions. All the right vertical edge of all the pages were digital print codes. It was pretty cool to see. The only codes we could make out the meaning to were the codes that said "021414" (date) & "16:24" (time). This let us know when they began processing or at least entered our app into the system and generated a receipt # for us. This was only 2 days after it was received by the USCIS on 2/12/14 which means they start processing roughly within 3 business days of receiving the petitions.

That is a BIG package lol.. Mine was pretty thick too.. So much we have to go thru.. Oh well is totally worth it..

OK I am freaking out, I did not send tax trancripts, i sent whatever we print from Turbo tax with 6 months worth of Paystubs... what should I do? Just sit and wait for the RFE? or should i gather the info and mail to them? I am afraid if i do that will be lost? unless i prepare another I864 aplication and send ?

Hi Mblessed2004, the only thing you can do at the moment is to wait & see if they send you a rfe & if they do then send what is wanted by them back to them, as you say if you send anything now it will just get lost.

Wow, you are lucky. I still haven't received my biometrics letter and it's starting to stress me out.
