Read my frst post again please.



I did say on my first post that as far as USCIS they moved pretty quick with both cases, but as far as NVC goes I don't know how long she would have to wait.



btw, USCIS just approved my sister's case.

I did read your post an have no problem understanding it.

At the NVC stage, your parent will immediately be able to apply for a visa. Your sister will wait a total of 12 years until her PD is current before she can apply for a visa.

That 12 years is how long those getting a visa now have waited, the general consensus is that those applying now will wait far longer.

Hi Stella,

I submitted different I-130s ... Siblings cant be added to parents petitions unfortunately.

Also, my sister's case was updated about 10 mins ago saying that the alien registration number has been changed. Not sure what that means but thats what they did to my dads case too. Hopefully I should be getting my NOA2 by the end of day today or tomorrow. smile.png
