I received my P4 letter before the newest one was released. I had my interview in Montreal Feb 12th - I had the DS-156 and DS-156K prepared, but they did not ask for them. Can anyone else confirm this?

Well, in my opinion , I will just fill them up regardless they ask for it during interview. It's fine if they don't ask for it, but it would be a problem if they asked for while we did not have one.

It's actually question too for DS 156, but as I checked in Pkg 4 page 5 ( new version) it does not mention anything about DS156.

packet 4 has nothing on DS156K or DS156... but after scheduling my interview, it says on the last page, that one will need to fill and bring along the form DS156 & DS156K. I am not so sure whether to follow the packet 4 checklist, or to include the DS156K?

Follow the packet 4 check list, it's the most recent document. They changed procedures back in October as well eliminating some paperwork.

People who have recently had interviews say they were never asked for the 156 documents.
