'Forced' to marry

Thank you, Gary! I like yours too! One thing I've noticed is that I do get along better with the men here than I do with the women here. They "get me",and a lot of women find my views or the expression of them to be offensive. But, like I said before, my collegues say I speak like a man, so, for women, my communication is incongruous and doesn't fit their expectations. I chalk it up to being one of a few women to go thru an education system set up for males. Not being a liberal makes a difference too, it seems.

I get you, and I don't have testicles, but no matter how many times we talk about no need to be nice, we're not responsible for each other's feelings, validation, and all that, I think things went downhill early on with post #12 & #15 which were fightin' posts. Dialogue and courtesy went downhill with those two.

Yea. I'll bet alot of you would fight less if you attached some "hon"s, "sweetie"s and "sis"es to your posts. I'm from the south. We tend to do that. It's a hospitable thing that some of you seem to find offensive, for some reason.
