I am a bit confused about the process. I've completed Ds-160, booked medical for March, notified them of readiness yesterday (which I can't find anywhere else online apart from on Vj K1 London guide, where do they ask us to do this?).

Partner has completed affidavit of support with supporting docs, and although we don't have a tax transcript we have record of him filing (he didn't file when living abroad, so filed several years worth in Nov 13). I know that we pay fee when we get an interview date.

Am I right in saying that I take affidavit, tax stuff etc to interview and that's it? I don't need to complete any other forms?

Do I need to send anything physically to anywhere?

I've read through the London K1 guide but have a nagging feeling something is missing.

Yup got two (hideous) passport pics and birth/divorce certs. It's just a surprise that nothing else needs to be sent in!

I am a bit worried about tax stuff, but hopefully what I've got will suffice.

.

They give you K instructions here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html as stated in the letter they send

You have to read the whole page and click links. The forms are listed in the right column.

Step2 has the link to documents to bring to the interview. If you go to that page, some topics will have further explanation links...like the birth certificate where it goes into detail about the birth certificate or if you don't have one. Same for police certificate..a link to more detail.

The instruction page has in the text further down saying to read "the Interview" and "visa Fees" to get further information. Those topics are in the left column. There are a lot of topics in that column which give further details. "Security" tells what not to bring inside the embassy.

It's pretty much all there, except what to do if your petition approval expires prior to the interview. That may only be covered in the letter.

I am an idiot, I have no idea how I missed the NOR bit several times.

Thanks for both replies, feeling much calmer now.
