Your question isnt clear.

Explain better.

Do you try to ask if one petition was denied before and you get marry with another person, if the new person can petition you again?

If that your question, yes the new person can petition you, but your case has red flag.

can a person file i-130 with another person if his/her i-129 was denied before with 221(g) ? this question is refer to the petition and the beneficiary.

Doesn't sound like you filed for K1. Whatever process you're filing for a 221(g) can be very serious. You didn't include the reason you received that 221(g), which is very important as a 221(g) may include a permanent denial.

Sure you can file for anything you want. The reason for the K-1 denial must be cleared up or else you'll be denied again, regardless of visa type being pursued.

What I'm trying to say is if a i129f got denied at the embassy and was given a 221(g) with petition (a). Couple months later petition (a) broke up with the beneficiary. Beneficiary fell in love with another usc.... and got married. Can the new usc file i-130 ... what do the usc or the beneficiary need to do? Waiver? Due to petition (a) cheated on the beneficiary.....
