Today we picked up my husband visa from Domex. Question must we pay the $165.00 before traveling?

You can pay it after entering the states. Although I think they will not give you your green-card until you pay the fee.

Congrats, it took 10 days from her Interview. Exciting!! I would also like to know when and where this fee is paid?
