Hello:

My wife and me would like to book flights back to her country for a July family reunion trip. I just checked our case status online and she has been approved to work but we are waiting to receive the card in the mail. The USCIS sent it to the wrong address, our previous address after we moved. They have been notified since of our current address. They also approved the travel component but we are waiting on the card as well. There is a really great deal for when we plan on traveling later this summer. Since we are married, do we book the flight with her new married last name or her maiden name in the passport? Obviously, we have our marriage license that we could provide. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thank you and understood! We are going thru the K1 fiancé visa. My wife had her biometrics screening in mid December. We just received notification on the USCIS website that on Jan. 28 they mailed us a notice that they have approved our I131 application for travel document. We are still in initial review of our I485, application to register permanent status or adjust status. Today, USCIS indicated they would mail us a new card directly to our new address they have on file for our I765, application for employment authorization. Thanks again!

Brian
