Later we will send AOS documents ( After DS-260 ) online form submission

Because my sponsor need times to get his 2013/2012/2011 tax return and it will take more 2 to 3 weeks.

I dont want to waste this time

NVC will not advance your case without AOS docs.

It's your sponsor's Affidavit of support package. It includes I-864 form and tax transcripts.

Employment letter, pay stubs and cover letter are optional.

You can send in your IV package once you send in DS-261 and then pay bill. No matter what gets sent in first once its paid. But you will not get case complete until AOS and IV is reviewed and accepted (except under certain circumstances). Just have co-sponsor do what they need to do.
