Well 17 more hours before my fiance arrives and I am already preparing our paperwork. We plan on getting married this weekend and I hate having to wait to the last minute do this so...........

Quick question

In my initial filing I provided the Biographic Information (G-325A) for a K1 visa. In doing the adjustment after marriage cant I use the same forms since nothing has changed?

In reviewing my W2 I see I made more money then I did in 2012, so I will assume that I will have to redo my Affidavit.

Any comments are appreciated

use fresh, blank forms and

transcribe all from yer copies to the new, fresh blank forms.

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

(assumptions - forms done in blue sharpie fine point]

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yes, a new I-864 and updated supporting documentation is needed. Only the foreign spouse that is filing for AOS needs to provide a G-325A. Things will have changed for them on that form, such as now having an A#, different address and marital status. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

~ Moved from K-1 Process to AOS from Family Based Visas - topic is AOS not K-1 ~
