I made a tables for PD and for how many months moved for last 4 years, I did that to try to predict the Next VB at least 2 or 3 month

Is anybody can predict based on all these VB's ?

See picture attached

I have a feeling it might move 2 or 3 month forward.

Any idea to share????

It is not that simple. You need the Demand Data for F2A up to Feb 2014 to know the number of pending cases. Once you have that you can work out the math based on per country Limit to see the PD movement. Let me know if you find the Demand Data.

Just throwing this question so someone who has knowledge can explain.

What's the logic in making the VB current and then not moving the VB for 8 months or so? Might as well move the VB a couple months rather?

Some i can think of

1) Cases being upgraded from F2A to IR.

2) Pending cases at NVC

3) Cases rejected at the interview.

4) No clear communication between DOS/consulates and VISA's have been unused. Now they seem to be getting better hold of the VISA allocation. Atleast thats what i believe.

Agreed. I am part of American Families United who even went in front of Congress and even spoke about how spouse of LPR are separated and their lives played around by VB. I agree it does not make sense to call spouse of USC as immediate relative and not consider spouse of LPR as immediate relative. Sounds pretty dumb.

Congress does not give a hoot about legal immigration.

I found at Visa Bulletin that they predict the next month:

And It said No forward movement is expected

:( :( :( :( :( :(

D. MEXICO VISA AVAILABILITY

MEXICO F2A: Continued heavy demand in the Mexico F2A category has resulted in the retrogression of this cut-off date to hold number use within the annual numerical limit.

It should be noted that there are many applicants with priority dates which are earlier than any listed cut-off dates. A cut-off date does not mean that everyone with a priority date before such date has already processed their case to conclusion, and received a visa.

And the best part is that, 10000 visas were given as spillover to EB categories from FB. Makes sense? It doesn't to me and i still wonder how can they just give 10000 visas to EB category when FB is retrogressed. Seriously?

For people who are waiting with a PD beyond Sep8th, 2013 i believe it will move 1-2 weeks once the new allocation comes in for FY2015.
