Good day!

I had my old case number mnl1997, I emailed the us embassy regarding my case if it spcan be processed i have my kids now with me but i dont have a partner. they sent me a new case number mnl2013 I am a f2b. They instructed me to do my interview and physical together with my kids. But the one that they are accepting is my new case number which is the mnl2013. And the case 2013 number are not yet current.

I hope someone can help me.

The status is determined thru the "priority date". Are you a derivative from another category, like F3 or F4? If yes, that could be the reason for the change in case number. Do you have anything in writing showing your new case number and priority date? You need to present that at SLEC for the medical.

Your kids are qualified to be your derivative. Prepare their original NSO birth certificates and valid passports.
