Online status confusion, January 2014 filer

Just a few minutes ago, I decided for the heck of it to look at my husbands case using his WAC number. When I logged in it says post activity decision. Surely this is a mistake, as we just did his biometrics February 4th and it's only been since Jan 6th we submitted all our paper work and boat loads of evidence. I assumed we would see this in about 6 to 8 months down the road.

This has to be an error! Any other January 2014 filers get this message today?

Which case number did you enter? The one from the NOA letter- the wrong one or the one from the Biometrics letter - the right one? The two numbers are different. If it is the biometrics number, congrats on one of the fastest approvals ever!!! :)

I'm looking at the 797c NOA. It's definitely the biometrics letter as I was filing it away and was reading the biometrics processing stamp of approval when my husband did his bio last week. So I put in the application number and that is what popped up online.

Personally, I think it's a glitch in the system.. It's just impossible and way to early.

Sounds very early, but keep us posted!

Did you receive an email/text that you were approved? Did you try to call the uscis hotline to confirm?

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

ROC
01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸

 

Passport

06/10/24: application submitted at post office for passport book and card, paid for expedited processing and shipping

06/24/24: received email notification that passport was approved, then shipped with tracking number

Did you check the status again??? I really really want to know :)

Sorry for late update, getting my husband to call USCIS during his work hours is like pulling teeth. However, this is what I got from him and I'm not sure if he understood anything as I was always the one in the past speaking with a tier 2 person. So basically, Tuesday, he talked with a woman, gave is WAC, asked his question about his case status in regards to post decision activity. Her reply, was a letter was sent February 11. Ugh he said okay hung up, what the heck, I said you didn't inquire on what the letter said? He said lol, I don't have time for that, I have to work.

So today, I got a email stating below, I have no clue as to what a CRI89 is, but this is what it,said. So I'm lost as to what it means. It went from CSC, to Vermont, now to a local office. I guess we will just see what happens, I'm so busy with preparing for my daughters 16th bday party this weekend, I just don't have time to work on this.

I will post any news when we receive it.

CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED, has transferred to local USCIS office for further processing. Your local office has jurisdiction on your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or your will be notified if further information or action is needed.
