Hi I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question if not kindly move it to the right section. My sister a (USC) is trying ti bring our dad and his new wife and their kids, is she allowed to file for all of them or just our dad. Your replies are greatly needed thanks

Your sister can only petition for your dad since the marriage happened after her 18th birthday.

Once dad has immigrated, he can file i130 for his wife. No need to file separate for the kids because they will become derivatives of the filed petition. Wife and kids will immigrate in a year or more depending on the movement of F2A priority dates in the Visa Bulletin.
