We received the Noa2 on July 2013. Now we are stuck with AOS. My husband's income is not sufficient to support me and he can't find any co sponsor. He is working at a company with a decent income. But he has three daughters that staying with him. That's making his income not enough to support me. We have been waiting from July last year for his boss to announce the pay raise this month. But no luck for us. His company is not making good profit. No raise. We are so frustrated. I don't know what's other option for us. We don't have extra money. My husband's mom is not working. So she can't be his co sponsor. He has no other candidate. It's been more than a year we got married and we never see each other since that. This is torturing. Please help us.

He needs at least another $500 every month to make it at the minimum point.he tried part time job before. But His work occupied him from early morning till late evening. Besides his daughters still young and he can't leave them unsupervised after work. So it's almost not possible for a second job. This is so stressful. I really miss him.

The only relative / friend that willing to help him to be joint sponsor is his mom. But she is not working at the moment. So, she can't too.

If he can use assets, they must be readily convertible into cash. So that won't include the house he lives in primarily or his car if it's his only one, for example.

If he is $500 per month short then he will need $500 X12 months = $6,000 times 3 (since you are married) =$18,000 in assets.

Ermmmm...just talked to my husband. He dont have $16k in saving. And i cant help him much. My money is too small to convert to usd. Besides saving and joint sponsor,what other option available for our case?? We are so upset and stress now.

Besides her house and her car , she does not has any other assets. Same goes to my husband . (house and car are not counted, am I right? )

How much is immigration lawyer will cost? Is it cheaper than $18k? We really desperate now. Don't know how to proceed.
