We submitted an I-134 for a K1 visa. We didn't submit a bank account either. Just the affidavit of support, a signed letter from his supervisor, stating his annual income and another statement with his annual income. We also submitted a statement with his hourly pay, but they gave that back to me at the interview. If the income is above poverty levels, there is not need to have a bank account or tax return statement.

If his income reflected on the ITR and W2 is sufficient and meets the poverty guidelines, no need to submit a bank statement.

We didn't submit that either.
