Cover letter and documents regarding concurrent Filing of I-130 and I-485

Hi I have created a cover letter for concurrent Filing and prepared documents.

Am I missing something?

FYI, I have work visa ( E visa.) I don't think I will quit my company during the process however I will apply I-765 just in case as it is free if I file at the same time. I have not decided whether I would use USPS or Express carrier...

Please advise.

Have you hot copies of your sponsor's W2s in there or are they full transcripts and not just returns? Also you need proof of USC with the I-864.

US Citizen, the I864 needs a birth certificate, US passport or naturalization certificate so just add an extra copy if your spouse's passport with it

I have just checked instruction and it said Proof of US Citizen is needed.

Photo copy of birth certificate is ok right as I will make a copy for

I 130 anyway.

Do I need certified birth certificate of my husband( us citizen) for I 130? or photo copy is ok?
