I-130 and I-845 rejection notice

Somebody please help me,

I got returned notice of rejection from USCIS and all of the notices said the same thing that my fee was not right and I have to resubmit, does that mean I don't have to change anything and just send them back all the documents with the right amount?

And can somebody tell me how much is I-130, 1-485 and I-765 filling together ?

... I feel pretty dumb for someone who got two degrees and is doing paperwork for my husband (

if you are adjusting from a K1 visa, you don't send the i130

the i130 is $420 and the i485 is $1070, the i864 is free, no cost when sent with the i485

the forms and amounts are on the uscis website

If you're adjusting from a K-1, you need to send $1070. The I-130 has nothing to do with this.

If you would we will be better able to comment on what forms you actually need to send and what the costs are associated with them. Are you actually adjusting status from a K-1 fiance visa, or did your fiance enter the US on a tourist visa and then you spontaneously decided to get married and adjust status to avoid the ridiculously long waits on a spousal visa?

If there was a K-1 visa involved, you don't need to file the i130 so the cost is probably the $1070 AOS process. If not, you do need to file the i130 and your costs will be more along the lines of the $1490. You'll also need a medical (for which I don't know the cost - it varies depending on where you're doing it) and police records checks (again, don't know) and a biometrics appointment which I think has its own charge (not included with above).

Also, if you didn't have a K-1, some people will get all judgey about the ethics of getting GC this way. Honestly, I'd have probably done it that way if I'd known how long we'd have to wait to do it the traditional way!

Of course, if the OP is adjusting from K-1, then he would not need I-130. He did not say whether he is adjusting from K-1 or tourist visa .
