Binding the Application together

Hello People

I am about to send off my application, how did you keep all the pages together? Did you bind it the same way the removal of conditions was sent it, with one of those 2 pin folder things, that you put through punched holes, or just a big clip??

I don't know what you're applying for here, but for most of the applications, we've heard that as soon as it arrives on someone's desk, everything is taken apart to be dealt with... so anything that holds it together so that you're confident that you have everything in the envelope should be fine. Don't do anything too fancy, or it will just be a pain for them to take it apart. The paper pins you're describing would be fine, but so would a big paperclip.

  • Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.
  • Avoid submitting originals unless specifically required. Avoid submitting oversized documentation when possible.
