Hello,

For the first question, you would answer K-1 Visa holder. For question two, you would also answer K-1 Visa holder. You answered the third question correctly.

Here is the guide for the I-485 form

http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-485.pdf

Hope that helps, and good luck!

I don't know first hand, as I had a paper copy attached to my passport; but I know that it hasn't been a porblem for a friend of mine who was also in the same situtation. She sent the printed form, and that was fine. She filed a month or two ahead of me, so it was recently.

Thanks so much

I read the guide here on VJ and it says:

6. Electronic I-94 Copy or (for older entries) a copy of the non US Citizen Spouses valid paper I-94 (front and back of form)

that form I-94 i have to print out online and does not have the back side, just front and it says i need front and back site . this i did not understand sad.png

The front and back of the form is for those that have a paper copy of their I-94. Your electronic I-94 will have all the information needed so all you need to do is print it out.

1 and 2 are the same answer. You enter as and are currently a K-1 Visa Holder. And yes, it is correct to check No for your spouse applying with you. Your spouse is a USC, so they do not need to file to adjust their status.

Thanks so much

I read the guide here on VJ and it says:

You need the print out of the electronic I-94, OR front and back copy of the older paper version of an I-94. Since you did not get a paper form of the I-94, the the front and back copies do not apply to you. Just provide a print out of the I-94 info you retrieve from online.
