I submitted my ROC in early Jan recieved my NOA1 on Jan 7 and was going crazy waiting for my Biometrics appointment date.

As we were organizing today my husband found the unopened Biometrics Letter that was sent to me on January 14th with my scheduled biometrics to be on Feb 4th. Of course I have missed the date now and i see it says your application will be considered Abanadoned???

What should I do?? I plan on calling first thing tomorrow to see if I can get help on the phone. Should I send a request for rescheduling at this point?

Try doing a walk-in and explain what happened. Most service centers will allow you to do a walk-in for biometrics. If they don't, schedule an info pass and ask them to give you a new appointment.

Thanks for your reply!

What is an info pass?
