Hello vj's,

Ive been looking answers to my questions but i cant find any that same as my situation, please help me..

I recieved a letter from Department of Homeland and security recently saying i must file petition. To remove conditions on residence. We are currently stationed overseas. And with us are my kiddos that entered the usa with K2 visa we want to apply their aos aswell they are 6 and 5 my concerns are

1. What paper works i need for my petition to remove conditions on residence?

2. Whereshould i send the paperworks

3. How much will it cost

And for my kids aos what paperworks we will need and how much

Thank you and hoping someone can help me pleaseeeee ?

There is specific help available for military and dependents for immigration through the military or govenment. Look for that and you might find the answers you need.
