Appreciate the link. However, this is not really graphic. There is much worse out there, that which most Americans are shielded from. How do you spell censorship - - CNN -- FOX---NBC ---etc..

I watched it. I have to say that my relationship with Saddam has been quite distant in the past years so I feel pretty numb to seeing him die. It didn't bother me.

Yes, I also shared a distant relationship with Saddam over the years. I had wished we would have stayed in touch more often but our lives just grew apart. He was doing his ruling through terror and violence thing and I was trying to make ends meat here. Now that Saddam has departed us, I feel a void and a true sorrow that we never really had the opportunity to patch up our relationship. No more playing Squash with the big guy on Thursday. No more sucking down chili cheese dogs at the camel races. And no more guy talk with Saddam near one of his 300 pools. It's a sad day, indeed.

There's like 50 zillion SH threads...I mean really!

Yeah, we're even referring to him by an acronym...SH. We've totally lost it.

oh come on

Anyone worth a sh!t can google this....why direct links to someone being killed? I'm glad he's gone but I don't wanna see anyone die

Don't click on the link!

I get really fed up with people that want to limit what others may see, or may want to see, because they have seen it and somehow believe that they should censor it for further view....

Like I said, you don't need to view the video.....I happen to think that it has much value in that it brings home the reality of what more than likely will happen to a despot like this....

You will watch a hanging video, but won't watch a news report about a shooting in Iraq. That says something very ugly about you my friend

I've seen it. No big deal. All you have to do is remember the mass graves that put him in the grave. Good riddance!

The video gives new meaning to the old adage, "The bigger they are...the harder they fall."

Not to mention...it is painfully obvious that the laws of gravity have not been repealed.

While the video is grim...it isn't nearly as disgusting or graphic as the typical Hollywood slasher movie.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

Yep. And isn't it interesting that many of the people here who consider the beheading videos obscene and won'd watch them, but the hanging of a guy (because he deserves it) is deemed worthwhile "therapeutic" viewing.

Sick, if you ask me. In fact the phrase I would use is "psychologically depraved" ;)

Apparently. It's where we stop talking about the issue and the whole thing devolves into a mindless discussion of semantics.

I wouldn't call it "therapeutic", but I've seen the beheading videos, too.
