Schedule Appointment Online?

Anyone ever use the 'schedule appointment' site for US consular abroad to conduct visitor visa's interview? I am trying to do this for Cambodia. I entered the bar code number, then click Submit. The calendar for Feb. is fully booked some days, which is fine. I am trying to schedule for March, but it says unavailable. So I am asking to see if I am doing anything wrong or should I just call and make appointment instead or should I continue using this system?

It just probably means that there's are no appointment dates available on the dates you are picking. You can keeping checking for other dates or check back on these same dates again, you might be lucky and find a slot when other people cancel or reschedule their appointments
